Flooring to the Lounge, Kitchen, Shower Room & Entrance area replaced 2020.  Updated upholstery for the seating area in the lounge & dining area, kitchen Worktops and carpets in the bedrooms.

1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom.  Both bedrooms have wardrobes and cupboards over the beds.  The double bedroom has a hair dryer for your use.

Please bring your own bed sheets, pillowcases & duvet covers, towels and tea towels.

A Spacious lounge with a gas fire for those chillier days, Flat screen HD TV with Freeview & remote control.  Dinning area, kitchen with, gas hob & oven, microwave, toaster & kettle. Modern Night & Day blinds to the living/dining room.

Shower, wash basin & WC room.

There is a veranda with garden chairs & small side table for your use.

There is No Smoking inside the caravan.

We are dog friendly and allow up to 2 dogs, but please do not allow them on the seating areas or beds!  Not to be left alone in the caravan.

Free WiFi is available in the bar area.

Please respect our property and leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition.

Couples & Families, No single sex groups. 

We offer short breaks from 3/4 nights, Fri-Mon or Mon-Fri or 7 nights for longer stays.

There is a £50 Security bond deposit on top of the holiday price which will be required at the time of booking and will secure your holiday dates, the balance will be due to be paid 1 month prior to your holiday.  This deposit is non refundable if you cancel your holiday for any reason or there are any missing, damaged or broken items.  If the deposit does not cover the cost of replacing any item you will be invoiced for the extra cost.

I wil need to know how many adults, children, ages of children if under 18 and dogs.  Full name and address details including email address and mobile number as well as landline number please.  

 I accept cheques, bank transfers or Paypal.  Once your deposit has been received I will confirm your booking and receipt via  email or post.

Check in time is between 2pm to 5pm - Check out by 10am

Postponement and cancellation

This clause explains when you, or we, may cancel or agree to postpone your holiday due to Government restrictions. We prefer that you postpone but will always allow you to cancel where the law gives you the right to do so.

The rights in this clause are additional to any other rights either of us may have in our terms and conditions.

We promise to keep all our customers safe. We ask you not to book if the law prevents you visiting or staying with us, or if Government guidance means that you should not visit or stay with us even if the law still allows you to. Our promise also means that there are limited circumstances in which we may need to cancel your holiday.

Either of us has the right to cancel your holiday, or any full unused days, if the law prevents you from visiting or staying with us. If your holiday has not started, then we will refund your booking in full.  If your holiday has started, then we will refund in full any full days unused when we cancel.  We will not charge an administration fee.
