Our newly acquired  two bedroomed holiday home has gas central heating , full double glazing , lounge has tv with built in dvd player, Also Alexa echo dot generation 3,electric fire,  built in bed settee, lovely views over the gorgeous cornish countryside, fully equipped kitchen with side door leading onto new decking area, main bedroom has plenty of storage , dressing table, ensuite toilet and wash basin, twin beds in second bedroom with wardrobe, also separate shower room with toilet and hand basin . Complimentary welcome tray provided . All guests are advised to take out their own personal insurance plan .

Meadow lakes is a quiet country park with amenities for young and old, Eden project is approximately 20 minute drive from site, beautiful beaches and coves with spectacular views within just a short distance, also on site are fishing lakes and children's assault course / playground / zip wire etc , organised animal petting . A must visit for families / couples wanting a relaxed quiet holiday .

£100 deposit on booking, (non refundable) plus £50 deposit for damages returned after inspection .
