Ruby 40 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom caravan fully equipped for your stay, this caravan is sited overlooking the fishing lake with easy acssess to the lake for fishing, it has an outside lawned area as well as hard standing for the table and chairs.  There is one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. It has a 32" tv/dvd player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, kettle,  toaster, ironing board and iron, crocery and pans, we have included some plastic bowls, plates and beakers for very young ones, plenty of glasses to have a relaxing drink at the outsite table and chairs plus a bbq for your use, for your safety there are 2 smoke alarms, 2 carbon monoxide alarms, fire blanket and extinguisher plus small first aid kit, a complimentary starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, sweetness, salt and pepper for your arrival, also tea towels and dishclothes. A selection of books, jigsaws, games and dvds are availible for your use while staying in the van however can we ask you look after them for others to use.  Please bring your own towels however we do provide bed linen sets which will be in the van on your arrival for you to make up the beds, if you would like the beds made up for you there will be a small charge of £10.00.   Our caravan is available from 3pm on arrival and should be vacated by 11 am on day of departure.  Lots of dates available at the moment but these are booking up fast so reserve and secure your dates now with just £50 deposit/bond which is refundable after you vacate the van and it has been checked for any *cleaning or breakages plus has not been cancelled after deposit paid this is payable by bank transfer then four weeks before your break payment is required in full or the holiday will be released.* If it takes more than an hour to get the van ready for next guests, rubbish not removed or beds not stripped of bed linen/ bed linen not used on beds then bedding needs cleaning. A travel cot and bedding may be available please ask when booking.

Passes are required for some amenities on the site and can be purchased from reception on arrival. 

Our caravan is available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vaccated by 11am on day of departure, there is a £50.00 deposit/bond required on all bookings, this will secure your booking and will be refunded after your departure once the caravan has been checked for damages/breakages and the booking has not been cancelled, payment is required 4 weeks before the start of your stay and payable by bank transfer.

we book 2/3 nights at weekends (min 3 nights all bank holidays) 4 nights midweek and 7 nights friday to friday, but please ask if you require others nights.

Newton Hall is situated approximately 2 miles from the picture postcard market town of Poulton-le-Fylde and approx 2.5 miles from Blackpool town centre.
