Caravan 319 is a lovely modern caravan on a great 5* park offering the perfect setting for a family holiday.  The caravan is in a private position with a large decked patio and garden and absolutely splendid mountain views from the caravan and patio.  It accommodates 6 guests in:- one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, family shower room with shower, WC and sink, and separate cloakroom with WC and sink.

Glan Gors Caravan Park is situated just on the outskirts of the popular village of Benllech, which hosts a variety of local shops, public houses, restaurants and of course the beautiful Benllech beach.

• Decked Patio - which runs the whole length of the caravan, fantastic mountain views, cube rattan table and chairs set to seat 8 people, 2 x sun lounger chairs, rattan effect 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs with cushions and coffee table

MAKING A BOOKING
A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total holiday cost is required along with a non-refundable booking fee of £30.  The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a security deposit of £100.  For short notice bookings where the booking is less than 8 weeks away then the full balance is payable immediately.  Payment is requested to be made by bank transfer. We will hold the provisional booking for 24 hours pending receipt of the deposit, if payment is not received within this time the property will be released as available again.

GUESTS
Strictly families and couples only, names of all guests must be advised on booking.  The maximum number of guests the property can accommodate is 6 and in no circumstances should this be exceeded. You must not sublet or share the property except with guests nominated when booking.  We reserve the right to terminate a booking without refund, if more than the stated number of guests is found to be staying.
NO SMOKING
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Arrival time no earlier than 3.00 pm on day of arrival. Departure time no later than 10.00 am on day of departure, unless alternative times have been specifically agreed.
BED LINEN & TOWELS
Duvets and pillows are provided - you must bring your own sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases, tea towels, bath towels and beach towels unless otherwise stated 
SAFETY
Every effort has been made to indicate any possible safety hazards at the property, but guests are requested to check the property and grounds on arrival, especially guests with young children and note any potential hazards. CHANGES & CANCELLATION
If you need to make any guest changes to your confirmed booking you must notify us by email (info@selectholidayrentals.co.uk) as soon as possible.  
If you wish to cancel the booking you must advise us as soon as possible firstly by telephone (07586 859220) and confirm in writing by email or post.  Please note in all cases the booking fee is non-refundable and the deposit payment or 15% of the holiday cost is non-refundable.
Cancellations received prior to 8 weeks (56 days) before the start date - no further payment is required.
Cancellations within the 8 weeks (56 days) before the start date - we will try to re-let the period, including if appropriate offering a discount for late booking.  If successful a refund of 85% of the holiday cost paid, less any discount given for a late booking will be refunded.  If we are not able to re-let the period you will remain liable for the full holiday cost if not already paid.
Guests are advised to arrange cancellation insurance, this is not included in the rental and guests should make their own arrangements. 
We reserve the right to make changes to property descriptions on our website both before and after bookings have been confirmed.  We also reserve the right to cancel confirmed bookings should the property become unavailable for whatever reason on the date booked.  If we have to cancel your booking we will notify you as soon as possible and we will refund to you all monies paid in advance.  We will not be held liable for any alternative accommodation costs, expenses or losses incurred by you as a result of any such cancellation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit will be returned to you within 10 days after departure unless the property has been left in an unacceptable condition.  Guests are requested to leave the property clean and tidy, and all furniture, furnishings, equipment, fixtures and fittings to be left in the same condition as when they arrived.  All rubbish must be removed and disposed of in the appropriate manner upon departure.  Any cost for damage or excessive extra cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.  If costs exceed the security deposit amount held an invoice will be sent to you.

In the event that you have cause for complaint or you experience any problems with the property during your stay you should contact us immediately by telephone (07586 859220) so that we can endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

WEBSITE ACCURACY
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the website is up to date and accurate, we admit that errors can occur.  We will not accept any liability arising out of changes of circumstances affecting the property between any booking date and the period covered by any booking by a guest.
LIABILITY
We will not be held responsible for any accidents arising from the use of equipment at the property in particular any equipment provided for young children i.e. travel cot, bed guards, high chair, stairgate etc.  It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that they acquaint themselves with any equipment ensuring that it is safe to use for their child.

Also with 5 of the island’s premier golf clubs all within easy reach, Glan Gors is the ideal base for anyone who enjoys a serious round or two with their friends.

If you don’t feel like straying too far from home, Glan Gors offers a host of options to keep you energetic and fit. These options include a fully equipped gym, sauna complex and luxurious heated indoor swimming pool. Meanwhile, the kids can let off steam in the children’s outdoor play area.

There are numerous beaches to visit when you’re staying here so make sure you visit the stunning beaches Anglesey has to offer. Take your bucket and spade down to Benllech Beach or Lligwy Bay. Lligwy Bay was named one of the 10 Best Picnic Spots in Britain by Coast Magazine. Here you will be able to catch a glimpse of dolphins and seals!

There are endless activities to get up to when staying on Anglesey, there are some great fishing spots, Golf Clubs – we are within walking distance of Storws Wen Golf Club, you can go on boat trips, go-karting, horse-riding and even flying!

If your children like animals you enjoy a day out at the Pila Palas Butterfly Palace, Anglesey Sea Zoo or Foel Farm Park. There are fun centres and leisure centres in the area for your children to run around and have fun!
