Haven site, presthaven sand, Prestatyn, North Wales.
This is our privately owned & maintained caravan which has 3 bedrooms, it is central heated and double glazed. Situated in a quieter part of the park on a court area with private parking and decking.
Beautiful, privately owned swift Bordeaux exclusive 2015 model,38x12ft caravan with 1 double bedroom with en suite and 2 twin rooms plus cold down double bed in lounge area.
Decking area is gated.
Maintained to a high standard, clean and fresh with homely personal touches to help guarantee your holiday enjoyment.
We stay in the caravan every few weeks so ensure it is looked after and has a excellent standard of cleaning.
The lounge consists of generous seating area and has a 32"LCD TV with free view and a DVD player.
The kitchen has plenty of storage with a full size cooler, kettle, toaster, microwave, full size fridge freezer, Hoover, pots and pans.
Fresh clean bedding can be provided and beds made up for your arrival at an additional cost.
In Lower Gronant near Prestatyn, Rhyl, flint and the beautiful North Wales coastlines.
Entertainment passes available from Haven at £39 per adult, £20 per child and under 4's free.

The Haven site operates a no single sex groups policy (no Hen & Stag parties)
The park is a Haven park so has considerable entertainment & facilities which include :

•Show bars with entertainment, pub and restaurants
•Papa Johns pizza (delivers to your caravan if required),fish and chip shop and a Burger King.

The site operates a "fun pass" entrance system to entertainment which is available at reception for a fee (NOT included)

Week days and weekend dates showing but for full 7 days weeks can be arranged

A deposit of £100 is required to cover any damage that may occur during your stay. This will be returned 7 days after departure if the caravan is found to be in good condition on inspection.

All holidays with less than eight weeks notice must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Holiday prices do not include passes. Passes can be purchased at reception upon arrival.
