Luxury 2 bed static caravan. It is situated in an exclusive quiet cul de sac, across the road from the main camp. Less than 3 minutes walk from the beach, camp and local facilities.
Please note the Parkdean facilities/entertainment close for the winter on 4th November 2021 and re-open on 11th/12th March 2022
The caravan has double glazing and gas central heating.
It has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, with built in washing machine. There is a microwave, 4-slice toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, a George Foreman grill and an air fryer.
Iron, Ironing board and an electric heated airer / clothes dryer, hair dryer.
Lounge has a gas fire, double sofa bed, 3 seater sofa and chair, a brand new 50inch flat screen tv with freeview.
Free Wifi and an Alexa Dot.
Jack and Jill Bathroom with full sized shower, bath and wash basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with walk in wardrobe with lots of storage space, door leading into main bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and wardrobe.

Non refundable deposit/bond required £50 which will secure your dates today. This will be deducted off your remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before your stay.
Payment by bank transfer only.
We do require £100 damage deposit which will be returned to you after the checks are done and everything is how you found it. Please allow 72 hrs for your refund to be processed.
Towels and bedding can be provided at an extra charge of £30.00
