Lovely 2 bedroom caravan, 1 double room , 1 twin room, lounge/diner with double bed settee and colour flat screen TV with DVD; shower and fitted fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave.
The site is quiet, but with full facilities including swimming pool. It is clean and very friendly..
You are also able to use the facilities at the company's other site in Combe Martin, which provides another swimming pool, and a larger club house with full range of activities.
Bookings of 2 consecutive weeks will be offered a reduction in price.
Prices quoted are per week, for upto 6 people, and the start date and number of nights can be negotiated, so if you are interested, please ask. Breaks of Mon - Fri, 4 nights or Fri - Monday - 3 nights are accommodated where possible if preferred.
However, during Summer holidays only bookings of at least 1 full week from Saturday to Saturday are available.

Please note this is a pet free caravan. Unfortunately even well behaved pets cannot be accommodated due to ensuring an allergy and odour free environement for others.
10% non-refundable deposit required and full payment 1 month before start date of holiday.
Bookings will confirmed once the deposit is received. If less than 1 month before holiday then full payment is required to secure the holiday.
During the Covid situation, refunds can only be offered if the park closes due to the pandemic. The facilities on site are managed by John Fowler Ltd, and their website will provide up to date details of what is open on site, so please check this for the latest information.

Combe Martin Beach Holiday Park offers a haven of peace where you can enjoy a restful holiday.
The park is set into the valley with picture postcard views from the park. A winding path leads you to the top of the park and to our woodland walk where the kids are free to roam and enjoy the natural surroundings. At the bottom of the park you'll find the clubhouse where you can sit back and enjoy a drink in the bar, have a game of pool or let someone else do the hard work and cook you a bar meal. All of which you can enjoy whilst looking out on some of the very best sea views North Devon has to offer.
Take a wander down to Newberry Beach where you can spend the day relaxing in the sun whilst the kids play in the sea or stroll down into the traditional seaside village of Combe Martin where you will find pubs full of Devon charm where you can enjoy a local ale or enjoy a traditional British tea of fish and chips from the local chippy - just make sure the Seagulls don't steal your chips!
Please note the pool is open from 18th July to 30th August. Outside of these times, guest are welcome to use the pool at Combe Martin's sister park, Sandaway, which is located just a few minutes away.
