Brand new 2018 swift loire.Perfect caravan for family holiday.Situated on Quay west park Newquay.The pitch is situated just down from the main complexand a five minute walk from the beach and has a seaview. The picturesque village of New Quay is a ten minute walk from the site .Enjoy sitting at the harbour watching the world go by or  do a bit of dolphin spotting.Enjoy a drink or a bite to eat in the resturants and bars.

The caravan has one bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds in each.Two bedrooms have tvs.There is a showeroom and also a separate toilet.

There is a large L shaped lounge which is open plan with dining and kitchen areas.

The caravan has double glazing and central heating and decking area.The caravan has its own private parking area,

 Quilts and pillows provided but no bed linen or towels.No smoking or vaping inside caravan.Sorry no  single sex groups

Pets are allowed  and the beach below the site is dog friendly.

20% non returnable deposit on booking.

balance 6 weeks before holiday plus £50 bond which is returned on inspection of van after departure

money is by bank transfer

No cross hiring allowed,person who hires caravan must be in the caravanfor the duration of the hire

No refund on stay if the caravan is vacated prior to the end date

Once balance paid not returned if decision made not to come for the period booked.If caravan rehired balance will  then be returned
