We have just opened up our availability so have the majority of the school holidays available so book quickly!

Main bathroom with shower and master bedroom has a separate en-suite. 

Central heating, double glazed windows and electric fire. 

Private parking, decking with table and chairs.

Fully cleaned and sanitised in-between guests.

Strictly no pets. 

No smoking inside the caravan. 

Facilities on site available at an additional cost (purchased on site) 

Food and drink amenities - entertainment passes are at an additional cost. Off-peak adult (18+) £10.95 and child (2-17) £7.95. Peak adult (18+) £12.95 and child (2-17) £8.95 for a week.

We are not responsible for any site facilities and these can be subject to change at the sites discretion. Full refund if caravan park is forced to close because of COVID lock down. 

£100 security deposit required with balance this is fully refundable once the premises has been cleaned and checked for damages.

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your holiday dates and must be received on the day of booking. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday with a refundable damage deposit of £100.00, this is returned to you once the caravan has been inspected after your departure.

LETTING ARRANGEMENTS 

Arrival time is 4pm & departure must be by 10am unless otherwise arranged, to allow for cleaning.

The accommodation is only to be used by the occupants named on the booking form & the main hirer will be responsible for the entire party.

The main hirer must be a minimum of 25yrs old and proof may be requested, failure to supply the requested proof will result in cancellation of the booking.

SORRY NO SMOKING INSIDE OF CARAVAN OR DECKING AREA, any evidence of such doing will forfeit all of the damage/breakages deposit and may incur extra charges, to allow for extra cleaning for the comfort of future guests.

The caravan is to be left in a clean & tidy condition, the same standard as when you arrived.

Entertainment passes ARE NOT included in the hire cost. These can be purchased from the main reception.

All beds are made up for your arrival, with bed linen, pillows and duvets. Please bring your own towels, these are not included.

At the time of booking the guest must pay either a deposit or the full balance.

Where only a deposit has been paid the guest must pay the balance no later than 42 days before arrival. Failure to do this entitles you to cancel the booking and keep the deposit.

Cancellation terms

If a booking is cancelled the following will apply.

On completion of the signed booking form you agree to the terms and conditions and agree to the Park Dean Holiday park rules.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR INJURY, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY MEMBERS OF THE PARTY

We highly reccomend that you take out holiday insurance in case of accident, losses, cancellations etc.

Just a short drive away from Great Yarmouth, with its pier, amusements and all the fun of the fair. Discover the picturesque waterside villages of the Norfolk Broads, or soak up the sunshine on the nearby sandy beaches.

Enjoy a swim in the indoor pool, whilst the kids shoot down the flume in the outdoor pool. Sparky’s Krew activities promise hours of fun for the kids. In the evening, enjoy a delicious meal in the Waterside Restaurant then go onto the Clifftop Showbar for fantastic family entertainment.
