Clarach Bay Holiday Village is situated in a bay in Mid-Wales between Aberystwyth and Borth.

The Holiday village has been established for many years and has lots of families who visit year after year.

Our family owned 2 bedroom caravan 'Lunas View' can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

It is the equivalent of gold plus standard which can be explored in more detail via the Hoseasons website.

It has a spacious decking area to the side. The caravan also has a projected view of the sea and mountains.  There is also off road parking to the left of the Caravan.

The beach is a 5 minute walk from our pitch which is a mix of pebbles and rocks to sunbathe, walk or take a dip.

Just off the beach there is a costal path, you can walk up the hill via the trail before taking in the views of Aberystwyth.  Then you can choose to walk down or take the cliff railway for a scenic ride down.

If your feeling more energetic, you can go the other way and walk across to Borth which is around a 2 hour stroll.

Lunas View is nestled in a secluded bay with views of the valley, stunning coast and a river (afon Clarach).

A short walk of 5 minutes and you arrive at Clarach beach. The beach has a lifeguard throughout the holiday season. There are rocks and caves to explore and the bay is great for activities such as fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding or body boarding.

The site has good amenities including a reception, convenience/gift store, pizzeria, bar, fish and chip shop and ice cream/desert kiosk.  There is also a swimming pool and gym which can be accessed for a small fee.

The sea front also has an entertainment complex including an arcade, fun fair and crazy golf.

The site has a club known as 'The Showboat' which has regular entertainment, bingo and quizzes.  There is also a kids club so plenty for all of the family on an evening.

Scattered around the park there are a number of childrens playgrounds for younger children.  For older children/teenagers there is a sports court to play football, basketball and netball.

The caravan boasts a homely aura with a clean and modern feel.
 

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a 4 ring gas cooker, fridge/freezer, air fryer, slow cooker, all the utensils you would expect and ample cupboard space.

There is a TV with Freeview in the main living area with DVD player. Wifi is provided for guests at no extra cost, and there are a selection of board games for rainy days.

The caravan has central heating and is double glazed throughout.

The caravan has 2 bedrooms one with double bed and one twin beds. The lounge also has a pull out double bed. All bedrooms have fitted cupboards and wardrobes. The shower room has a large shower, toilet, basin and bathroom cabinet.

Beds come with pillows and duvets (king size for double beds), but you will need to bring your own linens, towels and tea towels.  We now offer linens for a small fee as an option.

Whilst we have availability advertised for set amount of days we are open to amendinng your stay to your requirements and can quote on demand but we operate on a 3 day minumum term.

£50 Breakages / Extra Cleaning Deposit (Refundable following inspection).

Total Fees payable 28 days prior to arrival. 

1) Check-in time is at 4:00pm at the commencement of your holiday. Check-out time is at 10.00am. This is to allow sufficient change over time for extra cleaning due to Covid-19. 

2) The Caravan Sleeps 6 persons maximum. No more than the maximum sleeping capacity of the caravan is allowed at any time. Any infringement of this rule will result in the immediate loss of your holiday with no monies refunded. No additional persons are allowed to visit without the express permission from the caravan owner.
You will also need to supply your own bedding, hand, tea and bath towels. There’s a double bed, 2 single beds and a pull out double bed. Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors are provided.

3) We understand that accidents do occur and we try to cover as much as possible. If any of your party does have an accident, please could you replace the item if it’s something small? If it’s a large item and this is not possible, please inform the owner before the end of your stay so that they can arrange a repair / replacement and send you the bill.

4) Guests agree to take care of the caravan, which they are renting, and will leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their holiday.

5)  Breakages / Extra Cleaning Deposit: This will be returned following a satisfactory inspection at the end of your holiday. If the caravan is left with any breakages or in an untidy and dirty condition at the end of your stay, you will lose the deposit to cover any breakages and or any additional cleaning. 

6) A maximum of 2 small to medium and well behaved dogs are allowed within the caravan. The dogs should be disclosed at the time of the booking with an additional charge of £15 per dog.

7) Smoking is Not allowed. Any damage including the smell of smoke caused by smoking, you agree to pay for at full cost.

8) Booking will only be accepted by Family’s, Over 25's. No Stag or Hen similar groups sorry.

9) Only those persons whose names, ages and contact details which have been received by the owner, will be entitled to occupy the caravan. Please observe the park rules at all times.

10) All complaints / injuries or if you or any of your party contract infections / contagious diseases, theses must be reported immediately to the owner..
