Luxury Holiday Home for hire in a premier position on Golden Sands. Overlooking the wolds with open views from the wrap around veranda. But only a 5 minute walk from the Entertainment Centre, road and our Blue Flag beach.

With 3 bedrooms, each with panel heating, the caravan is equipped with everything you require for your luxury holiday. One double bed, four single beds and a pull-out (small double) bed in the lounge.

The lounge has plenty of seating and an integrated dining area. There is a gas fire and a 32" flatscreen tv/dvd combi with freeview. There is a small selection of dvds and games and you are more than welcome to bring your own.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday and an ample sized gas cooker. There is also a microwave, toaster, and all the tableware and cutlery for a family. This caravan has an under counter fridge with small freezer compartment. 

There is a large family shower, toilet and sink with panel heater. It has an additional toilet, extremely handy for families. 

Bed linen can be arranged at a very competitive price of £8 per double and £4 per single bed and beds will be made-up for your arrival. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own bed linen and all quilts, pillows and protectors are all supplied.

Outside there is a parking bay at the side of the caravan and a nearby carpark for any additional cars. Table and chairs are provided on the veranda for you to enjoy the stunning views.

A small selection of cleaning materials will be left for your use during your stay as will toilet rolls.

A travel cot, bed rail, highchair and pushchair can all be available for your holiday use at no extra cost. 

Arrival time is from 3 pm in non-peak times and 3.30 pm in school holidays. Departure is 10 am on day of departure.

Access to the caravan is via a key safe attached to the caravan and you will receive this code prior to arrival.

A Booking Form is required for every booking and this can be emailed and completed online or posted to your home address.

NEW FOR THE 2020 SEASON

Multi million pound development, Activity Adventure Village.

The new facility will offer a climbing wall, new play areas, including a fun sand pit and a huge multi-sports area where young and old can participate in a range of activities, both with free sports play or organised activities through the on park team.

‘Aerial Adventure’ will give guests the chance to take a bird’s eye view of the park as they balance their way across a high ropes course, while the ‘Mini Aerial Adventure’ course is ideal for younger visitors.

Adrenaline junkies take note, as Golden Sands will boast an outdoor tower that will be home to exhilarating activity, ‘The Jump’ which will see guests leaping off 3 metre and 6 metre platforms and landing on a soft giant air-bag, following the success of its launch at Craig Tara earlier this year. Having worked up an appetite, guests can also enjoy something from the new ‘Seaside Treats’ container for a post-activity snack.

Payment is preferably by bank transfer but will accept a cheque if more than 6 weeks till your holiday.

A £50 deposit/security bond is required to confirm your booking and must be recieved within 7 days of your booking or the booking may be re-let. Your deposit /security bond will ONLY be returned after the caravan has been checked  and that it is left how you found it, clean, tidy & no breakages or damage. Any evidence of smoking in the van will result in the loss of the bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY - APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

If you have to cancel your holiday you must telephone me in the first instance and NOTIFY ME IN WRITING within 3 days.

The security bond is non-refundable in the event of  any cancellation. It is only refundable within 7 days of the end of your holiday, pending satisfactory caravan inspection.

Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to start of holiday; full refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation from 6 to 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; 50% refund of holiday payment, less security deposit.

Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to start of holiday; no refund.

Refunds are non-negotiable.

If the balance of your holiday is not received by 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, it may be cancelled and re-let with no notification.

The balance of your holiday is due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Cash can be accepted if a very late booking.

BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A COMPLETED AND SIGNED BOOKING FORM.

Haven passes are not included. I send you a form which enables you to purchase your passes on arrival at Reception.

Situated to the north of Lincolnshire's glorious coastline with it's unbroken tranquillity of the rural coast Golden Sands is a haven for nature lovers, birdwatchers, conservationist and the romantics amongst you.

The safe award winning blue flag sandy beach stretches for miles and is a giant playground just waiting for both children and adults alike.

Mablethorpe has a wealth of activities to see and do from the Seal Sanctuary which is directly opposite the Park, to charming shops where you can pick up that special memento.

And not to disappoint the thrill seekers we have both Fantasy Island Theme Park and Pleasure Island Theme Park which are in the area featuring children's attractions to white knuckle rides, there's plenty to keep the family entertained throughout the season.
