THE LOUNGE AREA
The living area has a U shaped seating. The caravan is equipped with a TV with free view channels.
The living area is located to the front of the caravan.
The living area is heated by radiators and a gas fire.
The Living area contains a double pull out bed.
THE DINING AREA
The dining area has a Table with bench style seating and 2 chairs.
Located between the living area and just off of the kitchen.
THE KITCHEN AREA
The kitchen is located to the middle of the caravan.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas 4 burner hob, grill and oven.
Small fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, Microwave and toaster.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside shelf with bedside light, overhead cupboards. 2 Large wardrobes with 2 drawers underneath each.
The area is heated with a radiator.
Through a door is the en suite toilet.
The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, overhead cupboards and a wardrobe.
This room is heated by a raditor. With a mirror above.
The bathroom has a shower with sliding glass door, storage shelving with a cupboard underneath, toilet and wash basin. Above the wash basin is a mirror.
This area is heated by a radiator.
THE DECKING AREA
To the side of the caravan is a decked area.
With a table, Parasol and 4 chairs for your use.
The caravan has a gas fire in the living area.
And gas central heating throughout the caravan.
Parking available outside each caravan
Parking is not allowed on the grassed areas.
All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Double has 4 x pillows and singles 1 x pillow each.
We do request that all guests supply their own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding, towels and tea towels for their stay.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The caravan is checked at regular intervals, by a park site certified contractor.
Gas is certificated each year.
Electric is certificated every 3 years.
(Certificates are displayed in the caravan)
All electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor.
Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors are installed.
THIS IS A NON SMOKING CARAVAN, SMOKING ONLY PERMITTED OUTDOORS.
Hamsterley is a small village just a few miles away from Bishop Auckland and it is home to the beautiful Dryderdale Hall.
