The caravan is located on Coopers Beach (PARK DEAN), East Mersea and is privately family-owned and managed.

Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and less than a  10 minute drive to West Mersea for shops, petrol station, pharmacy and other beaches, cafes, pubs, etc

Minimum Stay :

5 NIGHTS

Deposit:

A deposit of 20% is required to secure your requested dates and is payable via PAYPAL or bank transfer; this will be deducted from the full cost of your stay. Upon receipt of the deposit, a confirmation email will be sent to you, providing you further information and confirming the balance due.

A DAMAGE deposit of £100 will be required upon the time of booking; and subject to a satisfactory check out will be returned within 48 hours via PAYPAL/Bank transfer.

Balance: The balance due is to be paid in full 14 days before the start of your stay.

Cancellation policy: Bookings may be cancelled at anytime up to a minimum notice of 14 days before first day of your stay; failure to provide will result in the deposit being forfeited.

PETS: a NON refundable "pet deposit" of £10 per pet is payable at the point of booking. This is kept to ensure full cleaning of caravan can be undertaken following your departure. All dogs are to be kept on leads around the park at all times, to ensure the PARK DEAN policy is adhered to.
