This luxury holiday home. Which is situated on the Clwyd area of Quay West holiday park. Is a 2 bed - 6 berth home with full double glazing and gas central heating throughout.It has a master bedroom with tv point and large wardrobe with six draws.
Also has a en-suite w/c. This room has bedside units eitherside + overbed units for storage. also consists of dressing table with mirror.
This caravan also consists of a twin room with wardrobe and overbed storage.
Opposite to twin room is full shower and washroom with w/c.
A kitchen with a large oven with extractor. A 50/50 split fridge freezer Also a dining area by large widow. Included are microwave, toaster, etc.
A Comfortable lounge Which is Seperated from kitchen/dining area. It consists of a 2 Seater sofa/bed + 2 Armchairs A coffee table In centre of room. A 32" freeview LCD TV Also a seperate dvd player and touch lamps. This lounge also consists of large attractive fireplace with ornaments and large mirror and various units with ornaments.
The lounge has patio doors opening on to a large elevated balcony with furniture. The balcony has a lovely panoramic sea view of cardigan bay,Cei Bach and views of the village. also has a side gate for safety leading to large easy access driveway. The road ajacent to the driveway provides easy access to newquay village.
