The privately owned caravan is on a long established popular holiday park, high on the cliffs above Polperro.It is in a peaceful restful location with views out across the Polperro landscape, you can even see the sea in the distance.

This beautiful modern 2 bedroom caravan has views across the fields out to sea.. The large spacious lounge has surround sofa seatting  French windows giving veiws out across the Cornish landscape, large screen tv with  dvd adjoining dinning area ,plus electric fire.  Open plan through to the kitchen/diner. Fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge/freezer , microwave, kettle and toaster. Double bedroom with KING size 5ft bed, wardrobe dressing table and en siute. A  single bedroom with twin beds . Large shower with hand basin and toilet .  Double glazed with central heating . Full size decking with a gate and with patio furniture . Parking next to the caravan., near by is a footpath down to Polperro apprx 8 mins 

Coastal walks, with the coastal walk to Talland bay  with its rock pools and beach side cafe, Looe is 3 miles with plenty of parking.Looe has a large sandy beach, from the harbour available boat trips in a glass bottom boat or  the 2 hour fishing trip which all the family will enjoy,keep what you catch or buy fresh fish/shell fish from the fish market. Looe has several food stores and bakers along with the eye catching souvenir  shops.Excellent restaurants and pubs.Cornish cream teas to eat in or take back to  the caravan along with the traditional Cornish pasties.

Polperro has a large car park with a little red tram service in high season or for the fit there is a foot path near by the caravan approx 8 min walk. Only residence cars,  permit only are allowed in Polperro with it`s very narrow streets many shops,  cafes, restaurants and  pubs The Three Pilchards stands over looking the harbour.

Killigarth Manor house has evening entertainment with bingo,Indoor heated pool, free WIFI  adjoining  bar, gym room, tennis court. Foxey club early entertainment for the children which they love.On site is a small shop, an evening take away and launderette.

Meals  Now  Available  In The  Indoor  Bar /  Diner,  Seated  Area  With  Tables,  Soft  Padded  Chairs & Benches.

It is an express condition of booking that the owner cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, damage to personal property,or non availability of site amenities due to circumstances beyond my control.

Following government guidelines, The caravan has been deep cleaned internally and externally, all items within the caravan have been sanitised. In order to protect the safety of our guests,  a deep cleaning regime will be provided on departure  (departure no later than 10AM) in preparation for the next new arrival and all keys will be cleaned and sanitised.
