Our privately owned static caravan holiday home has 1 double,2 twin  bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen large lounge/ dining area with gas fire, LCD TV plus DVD panel heating in the hall and bedrooms, a shower room with a walk in shower the toilet is in a  separate. room  and a large decked balcony with table and chairs and walkway.  The holiday home is situated in a quiet restful posistion near to the  hedgerow and footpath to Polperro close by. All  benefits of  the amenities of Killigarth Manor Holiday Park, heated swimming pool, gym room, safe toddler room, bingo  with nightly  evening entertainment, pool table  free Wi Fi at the internet cafe with adjoining bar,. Fast food take away. A handy site shop.   Foxey Club early evening for the children, tennis court and out door play area, ALL with  no extra charge.   Gas and electric are included in the price..Near by parking rank. Looe has a large clean safe sandy beach. Boat and fishing trips go daily in high season weather permitting, a two hour fishing trip is fun for all the family, you can keep what you catch or take a boat trip around Looe Island..Make time to visit Polperro, near to the holiday home is a footpath to Polperro (8 mins) it  has a  sandy beach, boat trips along the coast plus fishing trips.As Killigarth is high on the cliffs above Polperro there are wonderful coastal walks in either direction.the coastal walk to Talland Bay  (rock pools) with beach cafe or walk on to Smugglers Rest ,Dolphins have been seen at Talland Bay.. The wonderful Eden Project is only 30 miles.Endless thing to see and do for all of the family.

The Kitchen has:
4 ring Gas Cooker, Fridge/Freezer box, Microwave, Toaster and Kettle as well as cutlery and crockery.

The Lounge has:
Flat screen LCD TV and DVD combi with all the freeview channels,

Extensive comfortable seating  also dining table and chairs, plus gas fire.

Double  Bedroom with a large wardrobe and cupboards.

Two twin bedroom with two single beds in each.

Large walk in shower, hand basin and toilet in a separate room..

The holiday home is sited in a spacious relaxing location.

We have a strict no smoking policy within the accommodation

Dogs must NOT be left unattended in the caravan

Dogs must be walked on lead on the park ( dog walking area by the Manor House ).
