This lovely pet friendly caravan is located in a great position on Perran Sands Holiday Park.Situated within a quiet cul de sac, you are in the popular Pentreath view area which affords you great access to the beach and  the site amenities whilst nestled in the sand dunes.

Lounge/Dining Room 
An extremely spacious open plan area which has been designed with a modern and bright decor. There is plenty of seating for all the family to sit and relax by way of a L-shaped fixed seating arrangement, which also incorporates the pull out double sofa bed. Opposite there is a wall mounted gas fire which will ensure that you are all kept warm and toastie even on those colder evenings. For entertainment we have a flat screen TV with built in DVD and also an intergrated Bluetooth system with ceiling speakers. To the other corner of the Lounge-Diner is your fixed dinette with more corner seating and free standing stools.

Kitchen
This well equipped and modern galley style kitchen should provide you with everything you require. With a full sized oven and 4 burner hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster, not to mention all your cookware, crockery and utensils.

Master bedroom
With its double bed and duvet plus pillows provided, you should enjoy a perfect nights sleep. You will have plenty of storage too with the fitted bedroom furniture. The air-blown heating system will keep you warm throughout the night.

Twin Bedrooms x 2
With two single beds separated by a bedside table, these can also be pushed together to make a double. Once again fitted bedroom furniture with air blown heating throughout.

Family Bathroom
Consists of a large shower, extractor fan, WC and wash basin.

Cloakroom
A second WC and wash basin can be found in the cloakroom.

Outside/Parking
Room for outside seating and also parking next to the caravan. The beach and amenities are just a short walk away.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
