Family Run beautiful fully equipped Caravan ,nicely away from main complex but a short walk to it plus the town centre , Caravan has main bedroom with en-suite toilet and second bedroom with two single beds , further sleeping for small ones is on a pull out lounge futon. The caravan is fully heated and a fire in the main room . It has a toilet /shower room central and a well fitted kitchen plus dining table . We supply bedding and make beds plus clean ourselves before Holiday booking , so we know it is how we would like it to be for you , we politely request you try to leave it in the best condition you can for us , any personal dog items , bedding you must bring yourself and you must clan up after you dog . Our Caravan is strictly NO Smoking , And if you smoke outside or around it we request you fully clear away after. We do not charge for Complex passes as many people do not use them , so instead if you wish to use the Complex you have to purchase your own passes.

We Require £100 to secure your booking and full payment 4 weeks before your Holiday Commences , Arrival time is 1pm on the day of Holiday unless we text you earlier and you are requested to leave by 11am on the leave date of Your Holiday . We do not take a breakages Deposit , we just ask for honesty , so we can replace , any major breakages we would expect to be compensated after a polite discussion on damage.
