Our Willerby Rio Premier caravan is situated in the Farne Close area of Berwick Holiday Park. It has both double glazing and central heating throughout making those colder months even warmer and more comfortable.
The caravan offers real home from home comfort and consists of three bedrooms. There is one double bedroom and two twin rooms al offering ample storage.
There is a family shower-room featuring walkmin shower, toilet and baisin. There is also a separate toilet with wash basin. Ideal for families.
We guarantee you will enjoy your break at Berwick, more so staying in our relaxing and comforting holiday home.
Bed linen is provided on all breaks however you will need to bring your own towels and toiletries for your stay.

A £75 deposit (non refundable upon cancellation) is required to secure any booking with us. The remaining balance is then due six weeks prior to your arrival date. Please note the owner reserves the right to re-hire the caravan if payment is not received in full by this time unless other prior arrangements are made with the owner.
A £75 refundable damages and cleaning bond is also payable with your final balance. This will be returned within 7 days from the end of your stay, upon on inspection of the caravan aslong as the caravan is left as found, clean and damage free.
All we ask is for you to appreciate our holiday home and treat is as your own therefore leaving it as found.
Any late deals or bookings taking place within a six week period require payment in full at your time of booking unless agreed otherwise.
We offer Monday to Friday (4 nights) or Friday to Monday (3 nights) breaks, or weekly breaks starting on a Monday or Friday and a Saturday depending on bookings already taken. Longer breaks can be arranged also (please ask).
