Enjoy a touch of luxury in our 3 bedroom holiday home within the popular and beautiful Laysdown-on-Sea.
We are in a wonderful position just a 1-minute walkway to the beach with a heated outdoor swimming pool (subject to the weather).
Our caravan offers full central heating and double glazing, plus a gas fire in the living area. From our living area, we have French doors leading onto a decked area, which includes patio furniture; perfect for chilling or keeping the smaller child in a safe and secure area.
We provide duvets, pillows, and mattress protectors (please use them). You would have to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, and towels.
Within our living area, we have a sofa, dining table with a seating bench, and stools.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, and all crockery and cutlery.
Within the shower room, there is a double-width shower with a washbasin and separate WC and washbasin.
Our caravan has 3 bedrooms the master bedroom has a double, wardrobe. Our second and third bedrooms have 2 single beds, a wardrobe and lots of storage.

All gas and electricity are included in your hire.
Park passes are not included and can be purchased from the reception.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book within 2 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the inquiry form on this listing, by text message, or email. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer only.
A £50 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages, or loss during your stay. This will be refunded after departure following a successful inspection.
You may check-in from 3-5pm ( Monday) on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 3pm (Sunday)
We do not offer long-term rental.

The Beachcomber Clubhouse has it all, from freshly prepared food to a great selection of soft and Alcoholic drinks. A Full time entertainment team, to keep the whole family busy and entertained, a mixture of travelling cabaret, not forgetting Marvin and Rose our company Celebrities, your family will fall in love with the mischievous monkeys, a small arcade, adventure playground and Sky and BT sports.
