Lovely 8 berth caravan kept in good clean condition inside and out. One double bedroom, two twin bedroom and also the lounge area which pulls out into a double bed all bedrooms have wardrobes in them. Spacious lounge with a flat screen television with built in freeview and dvd player plus radio and CD player.  Separate dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, gas cooker, fridge / freezer, toaster, electric  kettle. There’s a hoover, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, 2 oil filled heater supplied. There is a seperate toilet & shower room. There is a large decking area with beautiful views of mountains there’s also a table and chairs on the decking area which also has lights on it. The caravan is in a good location approx 3 minutes walk to the site facilities and the beach. All electric and gas is included in the rental price. Duvets and pillows supplied however you need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases,duvet covers and towels. Parking for two cars.

Has there is no cleaner we would be grateful if you would leave the caravan tidy for the next family.

On site we have a club house that has entertainment, arcade, and indoor swimming pool. There is an Outdoor play area for kids, shop on the site, fish and chip shop, cafe, telephone boxs plus launderette.

The site is 4 miles away from Barmouth centre.
