This spacious caravan has recently been refurbished with new carpets, flooring, curtains & venetian blinds throughout. Also with new duvets and pillows.

The first bedroom has a king size mattress with triple wardrobe, dressing table and cupboards with direct access to the bathroom.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be put together for a double bed. This room also has a large storage cupboard as well as a wardrobe, dressing table and cupboards.

There is a utility room which houses a washing machine and spiral washing line for outside. An iron and ironing board are also available.

It has a large spacious open plan kitchen and living area.
The kitchen has a full size gas cooker with seperate grill, microwave,  toaster, kettle and fully equipped for 6 people.

The large living area with table and chairs also has a pull out double bed, 32" Sony LCD TV with DVD player and Freeview.

Both bedrooms and bathroom are installed with electric heaters and the living room with gas fire and fan heater/cooler.

Outside is a newly fitted 5 foot wide UPVC decking which runs the length of the caravan with table, 2 chairs, a bench and solar powered light.

The caravan is situated in a quiet location even though it is only 100 yards from Fantasy Island where you will find bars, restaurants, clubs, amusements, Eastgate market, shops and Spar Supermarket. There is also an on site club for entertainment and food which also has a family room.

The beach and public swimmimg pool can both be found 300 yards away.

All you need to bring with you is your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
