It comfortable sleeps 8 and has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. There is also a pull-out double bed in the lounge.
In the lounge there is a 26" widescreen TV with intergrated DVD player and Freeview. There is also a CD player/radio combi All the furniture in the lounge and dining area is free standing. The area is heated by electric fire and radiator For the "odd" rainy day there is a selection of books/magazines, DVDs, CDs, board games and cards.
The kitchen has a fridge, a freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, gas oven/four burners/grill, sink and drainer plus plenty of cupboards. Everything you need for cooking and eating is provided. There is a steam iron, ironing board and clothes horse.The bathroom has a full size shower, sink, toilet and shaver point. Heating, cooking and hot water are by bottled gas. The electricity, water and sewerage are connected to the mains. There are always two gas bottles connected , All utilities are included in the price. Linen is provided except towels.
The shower room has a full size shower, wash basin, toilet, vanity mirrors and a shaver point. There is also a seperate second toilet room.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobes, drawers and cupboards,and a colour TV/DVD combo. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin single beds, drawers, cupboards, wardrobes.
