Lovely caravan with lots of room, designed for maximum privacy and large balcony with gate. Weeks and short breaks available.

Central lounge with a double bedroom and ensuite shower room at one end. At the other end a further two bedrooms - a double and a 'cross' bunk - good size, not as small as conventional caravans) with a further shower room / wc.

Well looked after and maintained, this caravan is ideal for families. We limit numbers to 6 plus a cot  (we have a travel cot but you would need to supply your own bedding). The larger double with ensuite is big enough to contain a cot.

There is a table and four chairs – we have added two folding chairs to this ensemble this year so the whole family can eat together.

The decor is simple and neutral, having been refurbished with new carpets, upholstery and curtains just under two years ago.

We provide little extras like cleaning materials, black bin bags, cooking oil, salt, pepper and vinegar to save you bringing those along. All we ask is that if you use an item up you replace it! This way all of our guests have a little convenience.

Coffee maker, Hoover, small fan, travel cot, bedguard, high chair, iron and board all supplied, along with supplementary electric heating for those colder nights.

There is a flatscreen freeview TV and DVD player. Lots of games also provided and a spare TV for use with your own portable DVD player or games consule.

Guests are asked to supply their own sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels/tea towels. SUMMER HOLIDAY WEEKLY PRICES NOW INCLUDE BEDS MADE UP FOR YOUR ARRIVAL. Other weeks and weekends we can come to an arrangement on bed linen hire. Please ask if you require it.

There is a large veranda with new pvc steps attached (a little shallower than the old ones, making getting up and down easier) and plenty of space to eat outside, read the paper or soak up some sun.

Green dates available, Red booked. Saturday to Saturday  and also short breaks may be available - please just ask!

Sited on a popular Holiday Village, the caravan is ideal for adult or family breaks, with so much to see and do in the area. The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes walk away and the bus to Great Yarmouth stops just outside the site gates for a trip in to town.

There is a fish and chip shop, convenience store and launderette at the front of the holiday village. Also within a couple of minutes walk is a Café, take-away, gift shop and very good restaurant. Around 10 minutes walk will take you to California Cliffs where there is an alternative pub, various amusements and another fish and chip shop.

Entertainment passes are currently £4 per adult and £2 per child, per week.

Gas is included and our out of season prices reflect the inclusion of gas, which supplies heat via the gas fire and your hot water (please note that the site’s own caravans are all electric and therefore you pay extra for your heating and water in those - for instance one person spent £12 in a weekend at easter!).

Electricity is via card meter – cards can be purchased in reception or via staff in the bar after reception has closed. Cards can be purchased in £1 or £5 denominations.

From 1st July we will be accepting pets - will usually allow one small dog to stay for a fee of £35 - dogs must be restricted to living area and veranda only please and should not be left unattended in the caravan (park rules)
