The caravan is an Atlas Festival around 8 years old at Riverside, Bognor Regis.  It has 3 bedrooms and is equipped for 6 people.  Living area with plenty of upholstered seating and dining table.  TV/DVD, gas fire. Very comfortable room.  Fully equipped kitchen with gas 4 ring hob and oven.  Microwave, toaster, kettle and all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.  The 3 bedrooms include a full size double and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds.  Ideal for children, teenagers or Granny.  Last year we replaced the water boiler and fridge, this year we had new carpets and curtains.  Caravan is well looked after and professionally cleaned by a cleaning company before each new visitor.  Duvets and pillows included.  Bed linen may be hired.
