Caravan and location

Our caravan is a Delta Darwin Deluxe and is brand new for may 2011, The caravan is finished to a high standard in a modern design, benifitting from having double glazing and gas central heating, also with a modern featured electric fire in the lounge.

Situated in an idylic location on the recently developed Sycamore Forest in a sunny central position, with veiws across Jennys Lake, with the Tackle lodge & First Bite Cafe only being a stones throw away.

Accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double & 2 twin rooms with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space in each room, also there is a double pull out bed in the lounge so that 6/8 people can be accommodated quite comfortably.
The main living area is of a large lounge with vaulted ceiling, there is a 32inch LCD TV with freeview,DVD Player,CD Player/Radio with ipod docking station along with a selection of books,board games & DVDS to keep most people happy on those rainy days.

Away from the lounge is an open plan dinning area leading on to a fully fitted & equipped kitchen with separate integrated fridge and separate freezer along with oven & separate grill, hob, microwave,sandwich maker and all other ameneties expected in a modern kitchen.

Bathroom consists of a large shower with thermostatic shower mixer along with seperate w/c.

Parking beside our caravan along with a 16x8 upvc decking area with patio furniture.
