Securing your holiday a £50 deposit is required (which is non refundable) within 7 days prior to booking, Then the final payment is due 4 weeks prior to your stay and 6 weeks for cheques which are payable to Mr Keith Price.
Entertainment passes are also needed at an extra charge of £7.50 or £8.50 per person depending on season under 2 go free. Passes can be purchased through us or with parkdean.
You are required to thoroughly clean our caravan & equipment at the end of your stay as all products & implements are supplied.(inspections are carried out after departure)
Cleaning & bedding can be supplied through us at an extra cost of £20 for bedding & £25 for cleaning please stipulate when making your booking thanks.
Registration forms must be handed in to reception on arrival to obtain keys & welcome pack.
Please vacate our caravan by 10am if youve booked a clean or 11am if you are cleaning youselfs & return keys to reception for our next guests.
Gas & electricity is included within your holiday costs.
This is our private holiday home please respect it and treat it like your own.
Any damage or break ages must be paid for or replaced with the equivilant be for your departure.Thank you.
