What The Calendar Provides For The Visitor |
The price and availability calendar provides visitors with an instant view of your available weeks and related prices. The visitor can select his or her preferred week or even multiple weeks by checking the box next to their chosen date. A booking request for the date/s chosen can then be performed by clicking the 'Make Booking Request' button at the foot of the page.
All unavailable and booked weeks are colour coded, note that prices are removed. In addition the weeks that have passed are blank. Clicking 'Update Calendar' requires owners to provide password authentication to enter the administration area (discussed further down the page). |
|
The visitor is required to complete all fields on the booking form before clicking 'Send Completed Enquiry' the visitor will then be greeted with a confirmation page upon successful submission.
An automated email request will be sent to the owner and a request confirmation email to the visitor. |
