The caravan is our family caravan, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeps eight.. It has gas central heating and double-glazing.. Entry is through central patio-type.doors. To the right is dining area with table and six chairs, and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, gas oven, grill and four burners, all crockery, cutlery etc.). Door leads to master bedroom with cupboards and fitted wardrobes, and en-suite shower room with handbasin and toilet. To the left of the entrance door is the main lounge seating area, with shelving, gas fire, coffee table and cupboards with TV/Video/DVD.

A door from here leads to an inner hallway and access to the second shower room, with basin and toilet. Doors also to twin-bedded room with cupboards and small wardrobe; also 'L' shaped bunk bed room, with cupboards and TV/video. In the lounge area, the seating can be pulled out to make a further small double bed. There is a garden area, and four fold-up garden chairs and small table are stored in the caravan, other plastic chairs outside at the back of the van. There is a stream just across from the van (fenced for safety).

Piped gas, electricity, duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen can be hired from the park if required. To enable you to use all the entertainments offered, the site issue temporary membership passes, and make a charge for this facility, the cost varies according to number of adults/children in your group. We will organise Passes (if required - which are an extra cost) with your caravan booking, and these, plus keys can be collected as you arrive. Our caravan is located in a quieter part of the park but not too far from the entertainment area.

Some people choose not to have the passes but use the van as a base for exploring the area, as historic Hastings is close with Rye and Eastbourne not far away and many pretty villages, sea and countryside surrounding the area.

Usually you can park outside the garden.

The award-winning park is operated by Haven Holidays. It has a wide range of facilities including the Club Live non-stop family entertainment section, amusement arcades, shop, launderette, adventure playground, indoor (with slide) and outdoor swimming pools, sports fields, pitch and putt golf, rollerblading, etc. plus Mash & Barrel pub/ lounge/ cafe with terrace, Take away Pizza shop and Burger King. There is also the smaller Saxon Centre entertainment area with amusements, pub/cafe, big-screen TV, terrace situated on the road above our van.

Activities and children's clubs run throughout the day and evening.
