The caravan sited at Haven Golden Sands in Mablethorpe was new when we bought it and we have endeavoured to keep it in pristine condition. It has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to eight people. It is spacious being 34 foot long and 12 foot wide. It is a five minute walk to the lovely Blue Flag beach or Haven entertainments

There is a large seating area in the lounge with plenty of space to relax whilst watching the 18 inch TV/video recorder. It has two tuners so that you can record for instance BBC1 whilst watching ITV. If you want to watch something else there is also a freeview receiver and a DVD player. There is a small selection of videos to keep the family entertained. Net curtains throughout the caravan ensure your privacy.

The dining area is separate to the kitchen and lounge areas.

The kitchen contains everything you need for a self catering holiday. Gas cooker with separate grill, good sized fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle plenty of beakers for endless tea and coffee. There is a cafetiere if you like real coffee. Cutlery, crockery and glasses for eight and a good range of cooking utensils pans etc.

The master bedroom has a double bed with a new mattress which is extremely comfortable. The other two bedrooms have twin beds.

The shower room is separate from the toilet.

Every room including the toilet is heated and of course the gas and electricity are free. The caravan is double glazed and has extra insulation so is ideal for late autumn and early spring breaks as well as summer holidays.

You will find 3 folding chairs in the caravan.

We do provide duvets and pillows but you will need to bring quilt covers, sheets, pillow cases, towels and washing up materials.

There is a dedicated tarmac car parking bay at the side of the caravan.
