This well situated caravan is based in the fantastically located Haggerston Castle Caravan Park in the heart of the beautiful Northumberland and Scottish Borders countryside 6 miles south of Berwick upon Tweed and amenities. Lindisfarne Island is less than 3 miles away and there are several beaches within 3 - 6 miles away.
Whilst the caravan is easy to access wih a side ramp if you require a cat 2 disabled access van we have one and it is Lakeside North 72.
Large main bedroom with double bed has ample room for a baby cot which can be hired. Other hire goods for which the site makes a charge - bed linen - high chairs etc.
Level access bathroom with sheet vinyl flooring has a seat in the shower cubicle .
The sitting room/dining room has a round table and double bed-settee, plus extra built in seating which has been re- upholstered recently.
There is a cosy gas fire, lots of space, open-plan kitchen with microwave,oven and fridge.
This van is centrally heated, double glazed which makes it an excellent choice for early and late season bookings.
The main bedroom has a double bed and there are two further bedrooms both with a single bed in each room.. In the sitting room there is a pullout double bed settee so the total berths is 6.
Well behaved dogs welcome. A charge is made for 4 legged members of the family for up to two dogs.
The site has a policy to accept only dog breeds that are not thought to constitute a risk to holiday makers.Enquire of me please to check which breeds are not allowed on site.
A care and respect bond £60 for all bookings if you have booked to bring a dog(s) the extra charge to cover extra cleaning is £20 for up to 4 days stay and £40 for 7 day stay.This charge is taken from the care and respect bond.

Entertainment passes can be purchased on site from Reception in the day time or when Reception closes they can be purchased from Security
Peak time 7 night stay are £39 .00 per adult and £20.25 per child over 5 yrs and under 15 yrs old .Day passes can be purchased from Sales Reception and Security.
Peak time 3/4 night stays are £30.50 per adult and £16.00 per child over 5 yrs.and under 15 yrs old. Day passes can be purchased from Sales reception and when they are closed from Security.
Off Peak period 3 - 4 night stays Entertainment passes £21.50 per adult and £11.50 per child over 5 and under 15 yrs old..
Off Peak Entertainment passes for 7 night stays £26.50 per adult and £14.00 per child over 5 yrs. andyrs and under 15 yrs.
These entertainment passes can only be purchased from Reception after you have signed for my key.
