Welcome to cottage-waters , why not escape to the country for your next holiday we are a family run small business set in picturesque rural countryside of cumberworth a small village on the lincolnshire coast situated down a very quite country lane, set within 6.5 acres which makes it an ideal place to relax and enjoy yourself away from the hustle and bustle of modern day life,the caravan is conveniently located within easy reach of the blue flag sandy beaches ,golf,shops.car boots and a 7 day market ,guests can enjoy free fishing in our own private lake stocked with roach, tench ,carp ,rudd, tench and golden tench koi carp, bream barble.our static caravan is sited at our home it is Double glazed, central heated,there is a conservatory on the side, which has a table and chairs for that extra bit of space. 4 berth 1 double bedroom, an en-suite.1 bedroom with 2 x 2ft 6 beds all bedding is provided. The caravan is equipped with iron ironing board rotary washing line .we may consider very small well behaved dog.

We also have very friendly chickens that roam freely around the fields. gibralter point nature reserve is a short drive away at skegness set in 430 hectares there is plenty of stunning wildlife saltmarshes seashores freshwater habitat ,of if you like fishing then lincolnshire coast has some sea fishing hotspots,huttoff,moggs eye chapel point target fish are cod,flounder,bass,whiting,only a couple of miles drive.trout fishing is at withern mill trout farm.there is really lots to do . Come and see the seals at Donna Nook in the winter end of October to the end of December during breeding season, embassy at Skegness for lots of shows throughout the season Chapel you have Tropicana for entertainment too. there really is something for everybody go back in time go to church farm museum its free to get in ,natureland see them feeding the seals, parrot zoo they really come and eat out of your hand there is lots to do . Or come for Christmas. We are open all year! Only 3 miles to the sandy blue flag beach. But are only 5 miles to Ingoldmells and 10 miles to Skegness. We are quite central to most of the nearby villages including Mablethorpe, Louth, Horncastle, Chapel St Leonards and Skegness. The nearest beach We offer a non-smoking caravan, but you can smoke outside. We are also members of the caravan and camping club and can accommodate 5 touring caravans. Also tents.we also welcome gay couples just let us know .
