Our caravan is situated in the quieter area of Thornwick and Sea Farm Holiday Centre - and has uninterrupted sea views from the living room. It is only a short distance from cliff top walks and there is a large field, suitable for dog walking or leisure, just a few yards away.

Caravan Layout

It sleeps up to six in two bedrooms plus pull-out bed in the lounge and has a bathroom (shower) with WC. The main bedroom has a luxury memory foam mattress and an ensuite WC. One of the single beds can be removed, if requested on booking, to accommodate a travel cot - please bring your own cot bedding.

With full central heating and double glazing.

The caravan has a current gas certificate and all gas appliances are serviced yearly.  There is also a current electrical certificate and all relevant appliances have been PAT tested.  Smoke alarms and CO2 detectors are also fitted.

There is a large veranda with table and chairs.

To include gas and electricity, complete with Freeview TV/DVD combination,  microwave and all the usual kitchen equipment. There is a large selection of books and DVDs and a selection of children's games.

All bedding and towels are included in the price.

An iron, ironing board and hairdryer are also provided. 

Entertainment passes are available at site Reception priced at £2 per person.

Check in is after 3.00 p.m. and check out is by 11.00 a.m. 

Well behaved pets are welcome – but please they must be kept off the furniture and beds. A dog cage is available if requested on booking (please bring your own dog bedding) - if you cannot guarantee that your dog won't climb on the seats/beds whilst left in the caravan you must use the dog cage.

Strictly NO SMOKING inside the caravan.

Short breaks are available but unfortunately not during mid July and the end of August (the main school holidays) when we only accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday.  All available dates can be split to a minimum of two nights stay.

For an extra charge you can have the bedroom or living room decorated in a theme of your choice, e.g. Birthday, Wedding, Anniversary - or just because. Please contact us for further details.

Deposit/damage/cancellation waiver of £50 to be received within seven days to secure your booking. Balance to be paid by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal three weeks prior to arrival.  Cash on arrival may be possible, if preferred (available on certain days of the week and by prior arrangment only). 

£50 refunded within one week following rental period on return of key and provided no damage/breakages or cancellation.

Bookings made within three weeks of hire period require full payment, including the £50 detailed above, at time of booking.

Payments by installment are welcome, provided the full amount is paid three weeks prior to your stay.

Thornwick & Sea Farm lies in the middle of a very popular touring area within easy reach of the North East coast holiday resorts.

The camp is situated on the famous Flamborough headland, now a designated heritage coast, with it's rugged beauty & chalk cliffs. There are 4 bays around the headland all with easy access to the beach and with half to two miles from the park.
