Recently refurbished throughout, this caravan now provides a comfortable and peaceful holiday home for up to six people, The caravan is in an extremely good position in that it is close to all the amenities and leisure complex, but is tucked away in a peaceful setting adjacent to open farmland and fields. It has extremely spacious living accomodation with two free standing sofas, one of which opens up into a comfortable double bed, dining table and chairs and storage cupboards. The door from the lounge leads on to a very large decking area complete with table and chairs - a private suntrap with fantastic rural views, ideal for reading, dining, sunbathing or just relaxing. The galley kitchen has been re-fitted with new units, a built in electric oven/grill and gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer. There is a lovely modern shower room and seperate toliet, together with two bedrooms - one with a 4'6 divan and one with small twin beds. The main bedroom is extremely private as it is not overlooked and has those amazing rural views. There is a gas fire in the living area and panel heaters in the bedrooms, dining room and shower room. There is a very small but very secluded garden area at the back of the caravan, adjacent to the farmland.
The site itself has very good amenities and leisure facilities, including 'The Venue' (http://www.the-venue.info/) a popular entertainment complex, often having 'big name' entertainers and open to the general public. The sister site - 'St Osyth' has even more leisure facilities, including an indoor pool with flumes and a sports complex. 'St Osyth' has direct access to the beach and a fishing lake. Both sites are within walking distance of each other, but there is also a free dotto train running between the two. One entertainment pass will allow unlimited use of BOTH sites.
The caravan is near to a small car park with ample parking, so no trudging halfway through the site with heavy suitcases or shopping bags!!
Well behaved pets are welcome. On the site dogs must be kept on a lead and are not allowed into the complex buildings.
Smoking is permitted outside the caravan on the decking area only.
We are happy to accept bookings for any number of nights, subject to a minimum of three, making this a perfect option for those weekends away.
During the months of November, December, January and March there are limited on site amenities/entertainment. The low rental price reflects this.
