We are pleased to introduce our new high quality caravan in Devon, to our portfolio. If you’re looking for a taste of luxury, without the high price tag, on a 5 star site in the West country – then this is the one for you!

Recently refurbished to a very high standard in a contemporary style, the caravan is now exceptionally spacious and comfortable, sleeping up to eight people. Why not find some friends to join you and share the cost? Situated in exclusive ‘Nutwell Glade’, these caravans are not ‘on top’ of each other and the feeling is more akin to a small cul-de-sac than a caravan park.

The caravan has three bedrooms - one with a 4'6 divan, two with twin beds and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a spacious shower room with a larger than normal shower, chrome heated towel rail and contemporary wash basin and a separate toilet with hand wash basin. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped and includes a microwave, built in gas cooker, fridge, toaster and kettle. The dining room contains a modern smoked glass table with eight chairs. The lounge has free standing furniture - a comfortable armchair, large sofabed and assorted stools. The fireplace has a fitted contemporary electric fire. All that and a flatscreen TV with freeview and built in dvd player ensures your time spent within the caravan is as enjoyable as that spent outside. There is a further TV with freeview and dvd player in the master bedroom. In addition to the electric fire in the lounge, there are convector heaters in all three bedrooms and a panel heater in the hallway.

The mattresses are all sprung, with the exception of the sofa bed mattress which is foam. There is a memory  foam topper on the double bed. The beds are all of solid boarded construction with the exception of the soa bed which is sprung and one single bed which is slated. We would consider all beds/mattresses to be medium to firm.

A door from the lounge leads onto the enclosed decking area with secure dog/child gate - a little piece of private and secure outdoor space for your relaxation or alfresco dining. In summer this is flanked by trees, on two sides giving a large degree of privacy. Through the trees is a view of the sea in the distance.

There is a private car parking bay adjacent to the entrance to the caravan, so no trudging through a muddy field with suitcases and provisions. We have managed to get two large cars on the parking bay and in addition there is a shared visitors bay opposite the caravan. On arrival you simply obtain your key from a key safe situated by the front door - no queuing at reception or lengthy check in procedures.

Bed linen, towels and Tea towels are included free of charge and beds will be made up on your arrival.

‘Nutwell Glade’ is within a few minutes walk of the entertainment complex, launderette, shops, restaurants etc and the private sandy beach with bar is within comfortable walking distance.

Well behaved pets are welcome, provided (in the case of dogs) they are not on the dangerous breeds register).  Puppies and non house trained dogs are not allowed under any circumstances. On site dogs must be kept on a lead and are not allowed into the complex buildings.

We always employ professional cleaners who not only clean thoroughly but continually assess our caravans for ongoing maintanence issues throughut the season. However, deep cleaning, exterior cleaning and garden maintence can only be carried out where breaks in bookings allow.

 Smoking is permitted outside the caravan on the decking area only.
