A £50.00 non refundable deposit is payable on booking. The balance is due to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday, or at the time of booking if this is less than 8 weeks before. If the holiday is subsequently cancelled less than 8 weeks before the start, or after the holiday start date - no refund will be made.
Payment may be made direct to us by cheque postal order etc, directly into our bank account - either by internet transfer or at any branch of your own bank, or by credit/debit card via paypal. Unfortunately payments via paypal will incur an additional charge of 4% of the total transaction.
Your booking will not be secured until the £50.00 deposit/full cost is paid. The requested dates will be reserved for a period of 48 hours only, after which time the booking will automatically cancel if we have no further contact from you.
If the balance due is not paid on time the caravan will be re-let.
We do not include entertainment passes within the rental costs as you might end up paying for something you do not require. These are available at extra cost from reception on site.
We do not make an additional charge for pets. Well behaved pets are welcome, provided (in the case of dogs) they are not on the dangerous breeds register. Puppies and non house trained dogs are not allowed under any circumstances. Although they will be thoroughly cleaned, please do not book our caravans if you are not happy that animas have stayed in them before your visit. Dogs must not be left unattended in caravans at any time and any damage caused by your pet must be paid for.
The key will be available at any time after 4:00pm on the holiday start date by way of a key safe. If arriving late at night we would ask that you be considerate of other caravan users. The code for the key safe will be sent to you at least two weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday, or as soon as possible after receipt of the full cost of the holiday in the case of a late booking. The caravan must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure and left in good condition. You may be liable for any loss or damage.
Although we are happy to rent the caravan to non family groups if park regulations allow, under these circumstances the minimum age of all occupants must be 21. We would ask for proof of ID before the booking can go ahead and reserve the right to charge a refundable security deposit of £200.
The site rules must be adhered to at all times, particularly with regard to supervision of children and pets, noise levels etc.
Our staff will not tolerate rude and abusive telephone calls and/or emails. Please be aware that under extreme circumstances you may be asked to leave.
The caravans must be treated with respect and left in a clean and tidy condition; if they are not you will be invoiced for additional cleaning costs. Substantial damage must be paid for. If we do not receive these payments legal action will be taken.
All theft will be reported to the necessary authorities. If you leave the caravan unsecured at any time during or at the end of your stay and this results in theft, vandalism or any other damage, you will be liable for the costs incurred.
If as a result of your stay the caravan is deemed unfit for occupation by the next set of guests, resulting in a refund of monies paid by those guests, you will be liable to reimburse us.
Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan.
Upon payment of the deposit/balance due you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking and give a full refund where unforeseen circumstances occur. In these cases we will endeavor to give as much notice as possible.
In extreme circumstances we reserve the right to terminate a break if guests break the terms and conditions or misuse the caravan in any way. We will give a pro rata refund, less any costs for damage caused.
We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion
If, in the unlikely event there is a problem with the caravan, we will try to rectify the fault in the first instance. A refund will only be given if the problem cannot be solved in a reasonable time and has a fundamental affect on your stay.
A refund will not be given if the problem is as a result of things beyond our control, such as loss of TV reception due to transmitter failure, loss of internet or mobile phone signal, problems with other holiday makers or problems with the site.
We do not offer a ‘no quibble money back guarantee’. A refund will not be given if you simply do not like the caravan of your choice and/or it’s contents.
