The van has had very little use and comprises 2 bedrooms, One double, and 1 twin (single beds in each). In the lounge you can make up another twin bed ,There is a Widescreen TV with digi box along with a DVD Player and Hifi System. A selection of Dvds, Playstion & Games.The kitchen has a microwave, fridge freezer, cutlery and crockery and glassware. All necessary pots and pans. Bedrooms have all new duvets, Covers and pillows. There is also an iron and ironing board.

Outside there are chairs and also a bench seat. The caravan has a gas fire to the living room and electric convector heaters to the main bedrooms,etc on a timer.
