    Great communication from owners.
    Caravan has everything, Great personal touches. Lovely seating on balcony.
    Nice and clean on entering.
    Would definitely stay again.

9.7 "Lovely holiday"

  • +The booking process from start to finish was smooth, communication from owners was good and they seem lovely and to actually care if you have any issues - not that we did! We received a text from them on the first day asking if everything was ok and wishing us a good holiday. The caravan was clean, cosey and homely. Lots of nice little touches from the owners like beds made on arrival, handy folder with instructions for things and lots of information in, a welcome basket with a few little sweet treats in, washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets/toilet roll/dish clothes already there etc. The double bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in in a caravan which made all the difference. The location is pretty ideal too, its in a pretty quiet area and the chickens that roam freely on the park seemed to like being around there. You can also just see the sea out the front window between the caravans in front. Its about a 10 min walk to the cliff where you can walk down a steep path/steps to the beach (only if you're fit enough), and a 2 minute walk to the shop and entertainment complex where there is also a tractor that takes you down to the beach. The beach was beautiful and clean and was worth the trip down.
    I also thought the caravan was great value for money, considering how expensive some of them are and how many little personal touches there were. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone considering staying here and hope to do so myself again in the future.
  • -The only con I can think of was the noise from the coming and going of tractors and other large farming vehicles on the park during the day. This is obviously not specific to this caravan and nor under the control of the owners and also is maybe less frequent at other times of the year but could be a bit annoying sometimes.

  • +Well sited with sea view. Not far from amenities. Very clean with everything you need.
  • -The only con was that there was no tv in the bedroom but there was no problem as I have a tablet.

  • +It was clean and the inside was very nicely decorated it was cosy and warm close to the shops arcades and pub not to far from the park so kids could just go off and play we really didn’t want to leave.
    The owners are nice and friendly and very quick at replying lovely people lovely place
