This is a magnificent, luxury, 2 bedroom, 6 berth caravan. With glorious sea views It is located in a fabulous position within Perran Sands Holiday Park in beautiful Cornwall.

Enjoy fabulous panoramic sea views from the front, South Westerly facing balcony, you will also enjoy sunshine throughout the day (Cornish weather permitting). Complete with patio furniture, it is indeed the perfect place to sit and relax. Just a short walk from the site amenities and the rolling sand dunes of Perran Sands. There is a nearby walkway that provides direct access to the stunning beach which is both private and lifeguard patrolled at peak times.

You also have ample car parking to the side of the caravan.

Our Caravan

Graded as 'Prestige' you will enjoy all those little extra touches that will make your holiday feel even more special. With Central Heating and fully double glazed windows you are guaranteed to be warm and cosy even on a chilly night. Iron and ironing board are also provided within the rental price, meaning less for you to pack!

Lounge/Dining Room

This spacious modern looking lounge with 3/4 length windows ensures it is light and airy and also provides amazing sea views. With a super comfortable sofa, stylish looking cream units, flat screen TV, DVD and free standing coffee table.  There is a good size dining room table and 4 comfortable chairs with patio doors leading out onto the side deck.

Kitchen

A modern looking, well equipped kitchen contains everything you should need and comprises a full sized oven and hob, intergrated fridge, separate freezer and microvave oven, plus kettle and toaster.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite

A 4ft 6" double bed complete with duvet, pillows, ensures that you have everything you need for a perfect nights sleep. There is plenty of storage too with lovely fitted wardrobes & bedroom unit & flat screen TV. Separate WC & wash basin.

Twin Bedroom

This bedroom has two single beds and again comes with pillows, duvets and pillows.

Bathroom

Contains a large shower, wash basin and WC.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. To book, simply contact us through the enquiry form on this listing, by phone, email or through our website. Payment can be made either by Card or Bank Transfer.  A full Booking Summary and Receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded  after departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am.

For access to the swimming pools, clubs, leisure and entertainment facilities on the site you will need to obtain Fun-works passes. These can be purchased from Haven on your arrival day from reception (prices vary throughout the year and are not included in the rental price).

The dunes make ideal sunbathing spots and are perfect for delicious picnics with views over the cliffs and those magnificent Atlantic Ocean breakers. There are rather steep footpaths leading down to the sandy beach below, as well as a scenic coastal path to Perranporth beach. Of course it's really all about the fantastic surf here in North Cornwall - and the park's own surf school is the place to learn how to catch those wild waves.
