We are pleased to offer our three-bedroom caravan which is situated a short stroll from the amenities available on this 5-star site situated on the coast in the picturesque Poole harbour, there is a beach area with water sports available. A local bus service will take you into the Historic town of Poole with its harbour with pubs and restaurants and boat trips to Brownsea Island (home of the scouting movement) and a National Trust location, trips also available to Swanage and round the harbour trips.

The caravan is a three-bedroom that sleeps 8 with a double bedroom with wardrobe storage, dressing table and En-suite toilet with hand basin.

There are two twin bedrooms with two single beds. wardrobe storage and bedside table.

Bathroom with shower WC and wash hand basin.

The lounge has a further bed settee and additional settee, TV with DVD player DAB radio with blue tooth compatibility, there are tables for that glass of wine or two.

The Kitchen is well fitted with a Fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster and is stocked with crockery and cutlery and glasses (for the wine of course)

Other features are central heating and hot water, site Wi-Fi is available, clothes airer, ironing board, iron and hairdryer.

Outside seating on the decking area and additional seating on the side garden.

All bedding is provided (please note you will need to provide your own towels)

Facility passes can be purchased from the main site office, site facilities can be viewed on the Rockley park website.

Seashore Poole Holidays terms and conditions

Note - these terms and conditions will form an agreement between you and us with regards to your booking and your stay. ' we, me, us - seashore Poole holidays '  ' you, your, guest - the person booking the holiday and those named on the booking form.

1 - Holiday deposit, a non-refundable deposit of £100 (one hundred pounds) low season and £200 high season will be taken upon booking.

2 - The balance of the holiday cost is to be paid no later than 6 (six) weeks before the holiday arrival date failure to pay the balance will result in your holiday dates being re-advertised.

Holidays booked with less than 6 (six) weeks must be paid in full upon booking.

Please note we will accept stage payments up to the six-week period if preferred please email for details.

3 -  A damage deposit of £100 will be added to your holiday cost and will be refunded to you within 7 days once the caravan and contents have been checked.

4 - Payment by electronic bank payment, account details will be provided upon booking.

5- Caravan access arrival time 1500 hrs (3 pm) departure time (10.00) 10 am. Please note access to Rockley park can be anytime on arrival day don't forget to get your fun passes prior to using any of the site facilities.

6 - Smoking - No smoking or Vaping inside the caravan at any time - if you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly any butts found around the caravan will impose a deduction for cleaning from your deposit.

7 - Drugs - Please note that Rockley Park has a ZERO tolerance to drug use within the park if Rockley staff find that you have been using drugs you will be asked to leave the site and no refund will be given.

8 - Personal property - You are responsible for all personal items please ensure the caravan is locked when unattended as with your vehicle. Note - if you feel you have left something in the caravan please contact us by email, we thoroughly check the caravan upon departure and any items found will be held for your retrieval.

9 - During your stay we hope you enjoy and make the most of the site facilities, please be respectful of others who are doing the same.

10 - We are pet-friendly providing you adhere to the following, Pets not to be left unattended in the caravan, clear up after your furry friend, any damage caused by your pet will be deducted from your deposit, and please note dog breed on the booking form.
