It is rated Prestige with decking and offers highly comfortable and spacious accommodation on a pitch that offers peace and quiet in tranquil surroundings. There is private parking and plenty of space for the children to play. It is situated in a lovely quiet area of the park, and it's great for families and walkers alike and the fantastic beaches are still close by.

Our caravan is fully double glazed and has gas central heating throughout.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage, with wall mounted TV and has a ensuite. The twin bedroom has 2 x single beds also with plenty of storage.

The kitchen is very well appointed with a full size fridge/freezer, full size oven, microwave and full inventory of essential crockery, pots, and pans cutlery, kettle, toaster etc

The lounge/dining room has a freestanding extendable dining table with 4 chairs, All new freestanding settee and furniture, gas fire, TV and DVD Player. There is garden furniture on the south facing decking, to enable guests to enjoy warm evenings, and provide a high level of security for those with small children.

An Iron, Ironing board is provided.

Crantock Beach and Holywell Leisure Park, Golf Course, 9 hole Pitch, and Putt and Beach are approx 4 miles away and Newquay is 7 miles away also plenty more beaches to explore nearby.

Regular buses also stop outside the park and 5 mins walk to a Park and Ride.

It is also ideally placed for touring all areas of Cornwall, none of which are far away.

We accept bookings from people aged 21 and over, but not all single groups as per site rule.

At booking we will need your name, and the names of your party your address and e-mail for our booking forms required and receipts.

A £50 non refundable booking deposit is required per week booked to secure your booking

The full balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday date, along with a £100 security deposit break booked, which will be refunded within 1 week of the holiday if there is no loss of key/barrier fob card, no breakages and the caravan was left how it was found.

We accept Bank Transfer Payments

Only 1 small dog allowed with £25 a week added.

We provide Duvets Pillows and Bedding.
