This is our family owned  Cosalt Eclipse (owners exclusive model) 2007 37x12, 3 bedrooms (6 Berth) caravan that has two shower rooms toilets and boasts every extra to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

There is a open plan living/kitchen/dinning area. The kitchen has a full sized oven and hob and has a seperate fridge and a freezer.  The site is open 11 months of the year (closed only in February). The caravan is equipped for all weathers as it boasts DOUBLE GLAZING, CENTRAL HEATING & ELECTRIC FIRE.  (No freezing in the winter).

Very modern with living area in the middle and bedroom at either side of caravan. Immaculately presented throughout with new carpets and curtains.

The caravan also has recently been skirted which gives it a more attractive feel and makes the caravan more snug and warm during the winte months. There is also a veranda attached. and seating in the caravans own exclusive garden area.

The caravan is very well equipped and there are televisions in all three bedrooms and in the lounge

A £75 deposit secures any holiday and the balance needs to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the start date of the holiday. There is also an additional refundable bond payment of £75 required that is fully refunded by ourselves by cheque within 7 days of the holiday end date once the caravan has been fully checked  and is deemed  to be in the same pristine condition as when the guests arrived. The caravan key will also need to be returned to the caravan site reception.

You are welcolme to pay by PayPal  that also permits credit and debit card payments for your security and peace of mind. Unlike many other people who hire out their caravans we do not pass onto our guests the fees that Pay Pal charge us for using their service.  You will need to bring your own bottom sheets pillow slips and duvet covers  towels and tea towels. Please note that Passes for the site facilities are purchased separately at the hirer's expense at the site reception. The passes are very reasonably priced and represent excellent value for money.

Sorry but we are unable to accept booking from large single sex groups, teenage groups and we are also unable to accomodate pets.

• State of the art gym – Open from 6:30am and with full Technogym equipment you can work out to your heart’s content! As a member, you have a Technogym Wellness Key which acts like having your own personal trainer. We also offer classes, personal training, nutritional advice and much more.

Not only that, but entertainment, music and plenty of great things to do will meet you all year round. Unlike most holiday parks – facilities don’t close for winter!
