this is a 2016 modern caravan situated on the sea front on the new PORTH CARAID development within minutes walk of the beautiful sandy beach.it has full central heating and double glazing.it is equipped with a 40" tv dvd plus DVDs.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer,microwave,toaster,kettle,there is also a iron and ironing board,and hair dryer.

All bedrooms 1 double 2xtwins  guests must bring there own duvet covers pillow cases and sheets towels and tea towels.all duvets and pillows are provided the double bedroom has on-suite,the main bathroom has shower,sink basin and close coupled w/c.

the gas and electric are included in our rental charges.

there is a decking around the front and side with a gate and stairs for access.

This is a NO smoking caravan but it is acceptable to smoke on the decking away from the door but please dispose of but ends responsibly.

We will allow 1 small well behaved dog if you bring your dog please Do not let your dog on the settee or beds your dog  is NOT to be left in caravan unattended also your dog must be kept on a lead whilst on site.owners discretion.

We will require £50 non refundable deposit for each week booked and balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you decide to cancel your holiday within the 4 weeks Prior to taking your holiday no refund will be made.any damages must be reported to ourselves or main reception so it can be sorted.All deposits and full payments must be made to ourselves by means of bank transfer or cheque ,details will be given on booking.we are also taking bookings for 2022.

REFUNDABLE EXCESS DEPOSIT

A £50 refundable bond is required. This will be refunded within 7 days of the completion of the hire should the caravan be returned in the same condition as it was hired out in i.e. clean interior, undamaged and no items missing.

Boat launching and storage nearby at the beautiful fishing harbor, where chartered trips along the coast can be booked.

Within walking distance to the multi million pound developed Rhyl promenade, which boasts attractions such as SC2 a brand new water park with the UKs largest Tag Active, Vue Cinema, Seaquarium with live seal shows conservation programme and sea life exhibits, The Pavillion which hosts a wide range of variety shows and flagship 1862 restaurant. There are countless restaurants on our doorstep including cafes, pubs, take-aways a fairground, a market which means plenty for the family to do off the park.

Within a short drive, there is Snowdonia National Park, a stunning mountainous area with beautiful villages and breathtaking scenery and walks to enjoy. Within the National Park area are located world renowned adventure activities, such as GoApe, Surf Snowdonia and Zip World to name but a few. Something for all ages and abilities.

Sunnyvale, although a small, quiet park, has a children’s adventure playground, all weather sports pitch and The Galley Bar.
