Check-in at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00. If you are not out at the correct time there will be an extra charge of £40.

Please empty bins at the end of your holiday in the bins provided at the park.

For any cancellations within 31 days of your arrival date, you will lose your deposit or you can rebook your holiday with a £25.00 admin charge. The price of your stay may change when rebooking.

Full payment must be made at least 31 days before your arrival date. We will attempt to take payment on 31 days before your arrival date. If payment is not successful you may lose any payments that have been paid and your holiday will be cancelled. If you have any problems please contact us.

If the park is closed due to COVID there will be a full refund.

If there are any breakages or damage to the caravan, you have to pay for the damage.

Bed linen, towels, dog towels, dog bowls, bath mat, tea towels, hand soap, and washing-up liquid will be provided.

We are a dog-friendly caravan/site but the following dogs are not allowed in the park - pit bull terrier, Dogo Argentino, fila Brasileiros and Japanese tosa.

Gas and electricity are included in the payment but please avoid excessive use of the heating - don't leave it on at the end of your holiday or when you're not in the caravan. You will be charged extra for any excessive usage of gas, depending on how much you use.

We want you to have a fantastic holiday but please be considerate to others and the caravan.

There are no electric charging points for electric cars.

Please note the booking doesn't include a Haven pass. You will have to buy passes from the reception. Some activities in the park carry an additional charge which is not included in the purchase of your Play Pass.

We advise you to get your own travel insurance as personal injury on holiday, or damage to the caravan, will not be insured.

No holiday will be guaranteed until a deposit has been paid. Once payment has been received, you will receive a booking confirmation.

We are acting as Static Holidays, a private rental company, you will not be booking through Haven.

If you are asked to leave the site you will not receive a refund and will not be able to book with us again.

A £50 cleaning fee will be added to your account if there is an excessive mess.

No Drugs are permitted at the caravan site or in the caravan if there is any evidence of this, you will not be able to book through us. No smoking is allowed in the Caravan, if there is any evidence of smoking or drugs in the caravan there will be a penalty charge of up to £1000.00
