Welcome to 72 Bay View! Your home from home where you can just relax and recharge your batteries! Based on a lovely Premium pitch at Parkdean Resorts Crimdon Dene near Hartlepool.

The caravan was made in 2014 and benefits from recent upgrades listed above. It features a large master bedroom with en-suite, a comfy twin bedroom and a family sized shower room with sink and toilet. All rooms are served by the powerful modern gas central heating system with extra insulation provided by double glazed windows throughout. You will be extra cosy no matter the weather!

There is so much to do at the Park which is ideal for children.

If you are after quiet downtime and love nature Crimdon Dene Holiday Park is set on the Durham Heritage Costal Path with direct access to the huge beautiful sandy beach.

Pets with well behaved owners are allowed!

A non-refundable deposit of £100.00 is required to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from your outstanding balance which is required at least 4 weeks before your holiday commencement. If your booking is within 4 weeks of your arrival then we will require the full payment straightaway. 
An additional £100.00 refundable security deposit is required which will be returned within 7 days of your departure date but may be used against any loss, damage, excessive use of gas/electricity or extra cleaning charges. Please leave the caravan as you find it.

Park entertainment passes are not included. They can be purchased at reception for a small fee.

Bedding is provided but please bring your own towels.

Situated close to the Dene, a famous heyday of the 30’s, in an enviable position facing the Sea on Durham's Heritage Coastline. Enjoy fine views along the coast, stroll across the fabulous dunes on to one of the finest sandy beaches. Visit nearby Durham and Hartlepool Harbour for a choice of restaurants and great shopping.

On Park, splash around in the indoor pool or relax with a drink in the conservatory bar, taking in some of the most stunning views from the Park. The kids will love the adventure playground or a game of pool in the bar.
