Situated in the quiet and tranquil Seven Bays Park, near Padstow, North Cornwall perfectly located for Padstow, visiting all of North Cornwall and of course the seven bays for seven days beaches that are all located within 3 miles of St Merryn.

Dining table and fully equipped Kitchen with ample space for food preparation. Gas cooker, microwave and full size fridge freezer.

Living room with smart TV, DVD player & DVD’s, WIFI, pull out sofa bed (small Double) with patio doors opening onto a larges decking area.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 bedside cabinets and reading spotlights with a double wardrobe and dressing table and en-suite.

The second bedroom has twin full size 3ft singles, single wardrobe, bedside cabinet and reading spotlight, with Jack and Jill entrance to the main bathroom.

Bathroom with shower, loo and wash basin with Jack and Jill entrance to second bedroom and off main corridor.

Outside brand new spacious decking area with rattan furniture for your enjoyment.

Quilts, pillows mattress & pillow protectors provided – Please bring your bed linen and towels and tea towels, bath mats and any other linen or towels you mat require for your stay.

A COVID deep clean will be done for your arrival. 

Please note this is a non smoking caravan.

A good housekeeping deposit is required of £200.00 - fully refundable within 5 days of your stay with us less any damages of course.

£100.00 non refundable deposit required to secure booking, balance due 6 weeks before holiday.

We do accept one well behaved Dog an additional charge of £5.00 per night £35.00 per week. 

Please note we are dog owners ourselves but do ask that dogs are kept off furniture and beds at all times and they sleep on their own bedding, any damage would taken from your good housekeeping deposit.

Seven Bays also have a site wide policy that no dogs are left unattended in Static Caravans - we ask you to respect this on your stay.

Sandpiper is a Short drive from Padstow approx. 10-15 minutes.

There is a Sports bar, Nisa Shop and Tennis courts approximately a 5 minute walk from Sandpiper on site.

St Merryn village is a 5 minute drive with shops, pubs and restaurants.

We take a meter reading for gas and electricity weekly, if an excessive amount has been used we will take this out of your GHD (Good Housekeeping Deposit)

Check in time 4pm departure 10am Saturday to Saturday..

Balance due 6 weeks before arrival a £200.00 Goodhousekeeping Deposit will also be required at this point, this is fully refundable on safe return of Sandpiper.
