The Phoenix is a 8 berth 36ft x 12ft wide holiday home. Situated on Chestnut Forest and features a brand new gated decking area with beautiful views over Jennys Lake and the surrounding countryside.
Our privately owned caravan features central heating and double glazing. There are 3 bedrooms - One double bedroom and two twin rooms. Plus a fold out occasional bed in the lounge. A travel cot is also available.
The lounge offers a large seating area, contemporary flame effect fire, 32inch tv with freeview , dvd player and xbox console.
There is also a spacious dining area.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, hob, built in fridge freezer, microwave,kettle,toaster and everything else to make it home from home. A vacuum, iron and ironing board are also available.
At the rear of the caravan there is a lockable wooden tackle box available to store your bait. Please no bait to taken into the caravan.
No smoking permitted in the holiday home.
Unfortunately we do not allow pets.
Entertainment/Complex/Fishing passes are not included. These can be purchased from the reception on site.
Please Note - Bed Linen and towels are not provided.
Our holidays run Saturday to Saturday. Check in is from 4pm and the caravan must be vacated by 10am on your departure day.

To secure your chosen week/s holiday we require a non refundable deposit of £50 for each week booked.
6 weeks prior to your holiday we ask for the remaining balance to be paid. If the holiday is cancelled less than four weeks in advance all monies will be non refundable.
Please ensure you leave the caravan clean and tidy and as you find it.
