This spacious holiday home brings the beautiful tones and textures of the outside, in. What’s more, the U-shaped kitchen, stylish seating and sliding patio doors provide the perfect setting to make the most of every holiday.

The park high above Bideford Bay, with views out over the sea, this spacious 2018 Abi St. David at Bideford Bay Holiday Park and is for hire for week and short breaks throughout the year.

It boasts a nice outdoor area perfect for all the family.

Inside, the home is laid out in an open-plan style with a spacious lounge-diner and a well equipped kitchen, with a gas cooker (oven and hob), microwave, toaster and a fridge/freezer. There is a large TV with FreeView and DVD Player.

A door leads from the kitchen area into a short corridor, which takes you first on the right to the family shower room with wash basin and toilet; straight on to the main bedroom with kingsize bed, ample wardrobe space and an en-suite toilet with wash basin; and through the first door on the left the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, which can, if required, be reconfigured to form a double bed, and a small wardrobe. Through the second door on the left there is also another bedroom with two single beds and a small wardobe. A pull-out bed in the lounge can be utilised to expand the sleeping area more. The Second door on the right in the hallway encloses the combo boiler where you can set the heating to perform as you'd like.

Bedding is included.

There is central heating and instant hot-water supplied via a gas combination boiler. An electric fan heater integrated in the feature fire place in living room and plenty of radiators within the caravan.

This Pitch benefits from a parking area to the front of the caravan and also round the side, this is first come, first served but there is usually plenty of space available. 

There is also plenty of plug sockets throughout the caravan including USB sockets in both the dining room and the Master Bedroom.The bathroom and the en-suite also have  heated handrails.

High chair and travel cot can be provided if needed but must be advised in advance.

£50 deposit to confirm your dates and instalments anytime. Full payment required 6 weeks prior to arrival.

£50 security deposit returned within 3 days of departure provided the caravan is left in the same condition it was found. 

£20 charge for well behaved dogs

Complex Passes to be bought from Reception.

Any bookings cancelled due to Covid will receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

We have a cancellation policy in place and the amount you pay is based on when you cancel your booking

Both deposit and damage deposit must be paid within 2-calendar days of making a booking, unless the booking is made within 6-weeks of the holiday commencing. Full payment is due 42-days (6-weeks) prior to commencement of your holiday.Where a booking is made within 6-weeks of the holiday commencing, then the full amount, plus the £50 damage deposit, is payable at the time the booking is made. 

Park Passes are not included in the price and are available for purchase from the site Main Office.

Cancellations

Amount payable in the event that you need to cancel your booking.

* A refund of up to 75% of the original booking cost can be applied, dependent on the holiday home being fully re-let during the period originally booked.

Bideford Bay Holiday Park in Devon is set in an amazing woodland location, with stunning sea views. It's also a short hop to picturesque Clovelly and the golden Blue Flag beach of Westward Ho! The heated outdoor pool (open 23rd May - 1st September) is perfect for basking in the sun whilst the kids shoot down the flume, or play a game of crazy golf.
