A luxury four berth brand new static lodge with private secured garden area and brand new hot tub set on a quiet rural touring park (no clubhouse or arcades !) in East Suffolk.

The lodge sleeps four person in a double and a twin bedroom. 

A family bathroom has a walk in shower , washbasin and toilet. bed linen & towels are provided for your stay.

An open plan kitchen , diner and living area is spacious and well equipped for your stay and has a small balcony overlooking the garden.

The lodge is well insulated and has central heating for the colder months.

We have no light pollution in Newbourne so you can sit outside at night in the hot tub and watch the stars and listen to the owls , deer and other wildlife .

Our park backs onto Newbourne springs nature reserve which is a haven for wildlife and a footpath leads you to the Fox pub.  There is plenty to see and do for all ages in the area although due to our location a car is necessary.

Whilst staying with us you are free to use our facilities on the touring park. We have a play area for children and a well stocked fishing lake (no additional charge).

We are dog friendly but a supplement may be payable for very longhaired or large breeds.

We also have an additional two bedroom lodge without hot tub & a one bedroom converted Piggery to rent - call or email for further details.

Located on Steadings Park you have access to two childrens play areas and a fishing lake. Great walks direct from the site. A dog friendly pub is just 10 minutes walk away and serves excellent food all day.

Lots to see & do in the area for all ages - we are just a short drive away from the market town of Woodbridge and the seaside resort of Felixstowe. Aldeburgh . Framlingham , and Southwold are all easily reached.

With a great local pub the Newbourne Fox only a ten minute walk and the river Deben with its peacefull yacht harbour only a stones throw away. A quiet rural retreat with a 5* luxury amenity block, separate family wetrooms with baby changing and small on site shop / off licence (open until Sept). Providing the perfect base for walkers, cyclists and holidays makers alike to explore glorious Suffolk and the Heritage coast.  We also have an on site fishing lake stocked with carp.
