Foxdown Three is a Willerby Richmond Wheelchair Friendly caravan (38x12) with double glazing, central heating and in fantastic condition throughout.
It has a large double bedroom with wardrobe, drawers and sliding bedroom doors.
There is a large twin room with sliding doors, wardrobe, bedside draws and over bed storage cupboards.
There is a portable helper frame (designed to assist with manoeuvring into the seated position), that can be used in either the double or twin room.
This property has a full wet room with one piece fibreglass floor tray. Includes fold-out seat, support handles and shower curtain, and sliding wet room door.
The lounge area is fitted with a large seating area with double sofa bed, a gas fire, digital TV.
The kitchen is wide galley style fitted with a low level oven and grill, a toaster, microwave and a fridge/freezer.. There is also ample storage above and below the work surfaces.
The dining table is located in the lounge area with ample seating and wheelchair space.
Outside is a decking area with ramps.
The property features a wide low threshold entry door and sliding doors.

Foxdown Three is located in a quiet part of South Bay Holiday Park, yet still within just a few hundred yards of all the site facilities, which include an indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, mini golf, two play areas for children, a shop and a launderette.
South Bay Holiday Park has the "Bay View Club" with nightly entertainment for both adults and children. There is also an amusement centre, take-away restaurant for snacks and free wi-fi in the main club house.
Within a short walk you will find a beach and a cliff top walk with breath-taking views!
There is a bus service that runs from the park to Brixham where you will be able to make connections to all of Torbay and the surrounding areas.
A pleasant drive away you will find the towns of Paignton, Torquay, Dartmouth and Babbacombe.
There are plenty of things to see and do in the surrounding area for the thrill seekers and those looking for a relaxing break

This lively holiday park is set above the bustling harbour town of Brixham. There’s plenty to do at South bay holiday park with an adventure playground, crazy golf, basketball and kids’ club. Relax on a lounger as the kids whizz down the flume, watch the little ones in the toddler pool or enjoy a swim straight through to the indoor pool.
Enjoy an action packed entertainment programme in the Oceanus Club or take it easy on the sun terrace and enjoy a drink as the sun goes down. For the more energetic, a stepped path leads you down to the delightful St Mary’s Cove.
The harbourside at Brixham is perfect for a spot of crabbing and is home to some fantastic restaurants with freshly caught fish prepared daily or if you prefer you can enjoy some good old fashioned fish and chips and choose from over 35 flavours of ice cream!
